Coaches will leave the Hampden Arms at the time published on the outmeetings page (and also on the bookings form)..

The deadline for bookings and changes to existing bookings is midnight on the Saturday preceding the outmeeting you wish to attend. Bus prices are £8.50 for adults and £3 for children 16 and under. This is with the exception of Lewes where it is £10 for adults and £5 for children.

In some cases there may be spare seats available after the deadline but this is not guaranteed.

Generally at least a 16 seat capacity bus will be booked for each outmeeting the Society is attending but the actual provision of a bus is not guaranteed  if the society feels it is not economically viable due to a low number of bookings. If numbers permit, a larger bus will be provided but this will depend on an economical number of passengers having booked by the deadline, above. Bookings are taken in a strictly first come, first served basis so to guarantee a seat you must book early.

Coaches will return from the outmeeting at a time agreed on the journey there. If you do not turn up at the agreed time and place for the return journey the coach may have to leave without you.

All pre-booked seats must be paid for unless cancellation is made by the deadline above. If you do not cancel by the deadline or fail to turn up on the night you will be charged for the seat.

Finally we want you to enjoy all outmeetings but please do not upset the drivers or be sick on the coach! Unfortunately if you are sick there are three things you need to remember;

1) We will all take the p*ss mercilessly when we next see you

2) You will wake up feeling like a pile of poo the next day

3) You will have to pay for the coach to be cleaned!
